"Joy went above and beyond for our family holiday to Mexico. She arranged and then re-arranged because she found a 'better kids place.' Well, she sure did, the place was awesome and the kids loved it better than Disney. She sent a plane kit for the trip with everything we wouldn't have remembered, PlayDoh for the plane, gum, glo sticks for the beach, hand sanitizer! Where else can you find that type of care?? We had 3 rooms and 8 people and she coordinated all of us to be in the same building even floor. She made my niece's Xmas day dream come true by swimming with the dolphins. Joy has set myself up with other vacations and I will never go to another travel agent and recommend her to EVERYONE!
